A few good questions

Let’s clear things up.

No two homes are the same. These answers are a starting point for your own conversation.

Do I need land or plans already?

You can start with an idea, a property, a plot or existing plans. The first step is understanding where you are and what you want to achieve.

Can I plan a project while living abroad?

Yes. Discuss how updates, approvals and site visits will work early on. A shared record of decisions and an agreed communication rhythm make a remote project easier to follow.

What will it cost, and how long will it take?

Both depend on the property, design, scope and approvals. A useful estimate starts with those details. Agree the budget, schedule and payment stages in a written proposal before work begins.

Where is the focus?

Medellín and Antioquia. Share your project location so the local team can assess whether it is a suitable fit.

Can we speak in English or Spanish?

Either. The point is to make the decisions clear, in the language you feel most comfortable using.
